Trees Hate You (demo)
You just had a picnic in the woods and now it's time to go home. It's just a short hike, and there's nothing in your path except a bunch of trees...should be fine, right?
Works with a controller (left stick) or a keyboard (WASD or arrow keys).
Update: I recently revisited this project and plan to expand it into a bigger game. So this became the demo of a larger, more horrible adventure.

It's not AI. At least I'm fairly confident it isn't, because I went back and forth on the design with the illustrator I commissioned from, and got updates on the progress.
I eventually decided against the faces and removed them from the thumbnail a few days after launching the steam page. I guess twitch grabbed that early version and never updated it.
Soooo many people have made a video about this game hoping to become popular from it, and i'm no different LOL!
Very fun and challenging, this game really tests your patience at times :)

This game may rage-bait us players a lot but I can't deny that it is pretty fun to play and the OST is such a bop!!

I can tell the full game will send me into a rage ^^" I enjoyed the variety of ways that the trees get to you and that not every tree is out to get you, making the journey anxiety inducing. The ending was hilarious and def has me curious on what's to come in the full release :)

As you develop the full game, it would be really cool to see more hairstyle variety, especially more textured/black hairstyles :)
