Great game what engine did you use ?

Very good experience. Curious on how did you "make" the images? Are they pre-rendered, or is it an actual picture edited later with post-processing?

This was super cool! I loved the astmosphere, the graphics, the mechanics were pretty cool aswell (the teeth part is awesome!). I didn't really like/understand the dungeon part but hey, overall this was a really cool game. How much experience do you have in game development and how much time it took you to make this?

hello this might be odd i havent finished the game i just started it but the way u described the photograph and the character, as a person whose name people forget in the middle of a sentence and that the closest they have felt seen was being photographed by a stranger -- these hit me like a truck. i paused playing just to take a second and not cry. i felt so seen, im having the worst depressive episode in a long time and idk that was really good. i will continue playing now but this already might be one of the best games on here. ★★★★★

i feel as lonely as you do

Thank you! And I hope for your recovery. I know this feeling, but please keep in mind that everything changes and it's possible to work it out in a positive way for you. Nothing is permanent! Take care of yourself. And don't play this kind of games when you are in a bad state! I don't want to do any harm...

Loved this game, great psychological point and click horror game!

Thanks!

I WAS NOT READY FOR WHAT THIS GAME WAS OMG It's great! Love the lore-building and pure insanity of it all

Thank you for playing man! Love the video!

Is Almost Plastic coming to Steam?

It costs 100 bucks to upload there ahah

Tried my best, but I just don’t think it’s possible to play this game without a mouse past actually acquiring the vhs tape. Unfortunately, I only have a mouse pad. But everything I saw up until that point looked really good!!

Ohhh damn didn't think about it... Hope you can play till the end later! My favourite part is the win98 sequence. Anyways, glad to hear you liked it! If you can please rate my game it would help me!

I really enjoyed this style of game and the melancholic isolation described underneath it! It was a gloomy experience and I was completely hooked. Well done! :)

Thank you for playing! Very nice vibes from the video!

Hey man I love this game but will you ever make the html5 version publicly available?

Thank you! Do you want to download it and play locally?

Yes! I really want to see if i can mod it, i know its not really a game you can mod but im thinking of like extensions.

Enjoyed this. I always used to get sad thinking that characters in games miss you when you didnt play games for a while as kid lol. Are you planning to make more games in the future?

Thank you! Yes I hope, cause I have too much of different ideas haha. If you have time, please leave a rating cause it's helps a lot!

For what this was, it was pretty damn solid! Awesome premise/story and even though the puzzles were simple I quite enjoyed them! Made a video on it.

hey! playing on browser, seems like a really nice game but i'm not able to use the keyboard keys for moving things, such as the halls film. my mouse scroll works fine but the game doesn't correspond to the keys i touch except for q. any idea why this might be?? it seems like a really good game

Hey! Thank you! If you are talking about moving position of the VHS tape, you heed to use middle mouse button to rotate it, scroll to move it forward/backward and left mouse button to change it position. If the q key is working than it should be alright, remebmer to use English layout

This game has some really good atmosphere.  Nice touch with the interactive elements in the point and click section (I particularly appreciated the VCR lol.).  I got to the dungeon crawler part and then stopped playing partway through after I died once.  I've never really had much patience for that style of gameplay so it's not really a problem with your game, it's just not for me.  All in all though, I think you've made something really interesting here and I do hope more people play it.  I am still curious to see it the rest of the way through, if nobody makes any videos or anything I might just come back and push through it myself.  For now I'll suggest it in The Librarian's discord, I think it'd be right up his alley.

Wow, this made my day :D Tyyy!! About the dungeon crawler though - If you'll die twice there you can skip it to the last room <3

(+1)

Oh, good to know.  Maybe I'll have to give it another shot then.

Side note, ratings help a lot for a first-time dev like me xD I don't want to sound needy but I actually need it lmao

Indie devs gotta stick together.  I gave you a rating.  I'm also curious, what engine did you use for this game?  You don't have to tell me if you don't want to.

<3 It is godot, I switched from unity!

Loved the aesthetics!

Thank uuu!

Oh, and if you enjoyed it, a rating would help me go further a lot!

(+1)

the vibes are immaculate, please make more

<3 thank you i definitely will i have so many ideas!

P.P.S. A rating would be the kindest thing you could do for a solo dev :D

Congrats, really nice game and very original! And to be honest, it has one of the coolest main menus I've ever seen, loved it.

The writing is very good, also the music, and you nailed the atmosphere. I think I will think on its hidding meaning for the next days.

Awesome job!

Ohhh I'm so glad you also noticed main menu and music haha, thank you so much for your feedback. Oh and btw...

there is a little secret ending if you are patient enough, not big but still

patient where?

Red screen

it was a dream?

Or he stuck in a limbo? It's up to you

P.S. If something stayed with you, a rating from you would genuinely make my day!

I really like how the point-and-click exploration blends with the dungeon crawler elements, it gives the game a unique pacing and keeps the player engaged without overcomplicating things.

The visuals and themes really hit, especially how the game makes you feel that loneliness and slow decay.

As a game dev, I can tell there’s a lot of intentional design here. Nothing feels accidental. It’s a small project, but it leaves a strong impression, which is honestly harder to achieve than making something big.

Wow, thank you so much for your feedback! It's so good to hear something like this!

Almost forgot to ask... if you liked it, a rating helps more than you'd think, please!
