Impenetrable Heart
A downloadable game
- This is my first project that has some form of progress and end, it was made within four months for my final project as a Game Development Student.
- We were required to come up with a name, so I used the only one I've ever been able to come up with, but I will likely re-use it for an actual personal project some day (I have EARLY ideas).
- I am NOT an artist, I can barely draw a stick figure, so I used AI for the logo, UI buttons & backgrounds, same with audio (Unsure if any is AI).
- This is my first time uploading anything, so hopefully I've done everything correctly.
- I'm unsure if I'll do anything more with this project as it is, maybe some bug fixes if any are reported.
- Known Issues
- Player Melee: Hitbox is a circle around the player.
- I wanted to make animation events that enabled/disabled shaped hitboxes, as I have for the Boss Melee attacks, but had a lot of trouble getting it working on the player and decided it was eating to much time.
- Boss Sprite: Flips improperly.
- The center point of the sprite needs to be moved, I learned how to move it quite late into development and decided to leave it as is just in case things would've broken to avoid risking time.
- Implemented:
No Controller Support: Should be added before the month ends.
