Hey everyone,

I’m back with another big update for TileMaker DOT. One of the most requested features was a way to handle spritesheets instead of just individual PNGs. I’ve been working hard to make this happen, and it's finally ready for the Free version!

✨ What’s New in v1.8?

  • βœ‚οΈ Spritesheet Importer: You can now load a full PNG spritesheet directly into the editor. The tool will help you slice it and save the individual assets into your folders automatically. No more external slicing before you start your project!
  • 🏷️ Automated ID Assignment: To save you even more time, the importer can automatically suggest and assign free IDs to your new tiles and objects so you don't have to keep track of the numbers yourself.

While you can now slice sheets in the Free version, the Pro Workflow Edition is still the best choice for those moving into production. It includes the advanced "Smart Spreadsheet Importer" logic, which is optimized for professional pipelines, alongside:
