Really good game, I enjoyed it a lot. Even in spite of the mostly light-hearted tone, there were moments where I shuddered with existential dread....... and even in spite of everything he did, I can't help but sympathize with Eugene. 

I know too well, how one small incident can spark an obsessive fear in you, one that consumes everything. Death is a terrifying, unknowable thing, and people try their best to grapple with that fear as best they can, through religious beliefs, or trying to "live life to the fullest", or trying to ignore/run away from it....... but for some of us, the only way we know how to deal with it, is to try and "control" the uncontrollable. I've dreamed a million times of finding my own "haunted house", my own magical timeloop, or immortality potion, or guarantee of reincarnation/reformation, etc........ I can't say that if I was in his position, I wouldn't also be consumed by the house. By my fear.

And, it's especially understandable when you feel that you've been "robbed" of a huge portion of your life, by isolation, excessive responsibility, or trauma. 

Of course, that doesn't excuse anything else he did, he had no right to treat other people as pawns or playthings, or to take out his fear and frustration on them. But I feel sadness for him, on top of the anger and disgust. If only he'd looked beyond himself more, at the people and the world around him. It wouldn't have cured his fear, but it could have led to a happier outcome for everyone involved, including himself, I think.

Anyways, sorry for the long ramble. On a lighter note, I also enjoyed that there was so much little extra dialogue to discover, even for small things on subsequent loops, it endeared me to Oliver and Ángel a lot. They had really good chemistry. I love gay people. 

I want to play the rest but the game keeps bugging out :( I got halfway through before I got tired of reloading my saves

This is such a good game! I love puzzle games where you've to piece togheter what is happening at the same time the characters are, the story is so interesting and the characters are so charming!

I didn't read how long the game is so i was surprised when it kept going but i loved every minute! Great and thrilling story, i love the little jokes and quirks of the characters 

im like 2 hours in but im already the biggest fan of this game. Fight me on that. AMAZING story, AWESOME characters, AND OMG THE OLD MAN YAOI I AM IN LOVEEEEE

Despite having adhd, this game had me hooked for 9 hours straight. 11/10 game would play again

This game broke into my house, did my dishes, pet my cat, fixed my broken vase, swept my floors, cleaned the bathroom, and delivered my greatest enemies head onto my front porch. Thank you Detective Beebo.

Started playing this and I'm already loving it! 

I adore this game so much!! The plot, mystery, characters, and darker twists were so well crafted, I can't believe it was free! This is a game that will stick with me for a long time as I treasured every minute playing it. 

Just finished this game and I absolutely adored it. For a free game on itch.io this is insane. It's genuinely up there with some of my favorite games ever! Time to make it my life's mission to recommend it to all my friends and spread the gay detective virus >:3

I'm really enjoying this game so far but I seem to have gotten softlocked during round 4. I accidentally talked to Simon before unlocking R-1 and got the puzzle piece, saved, exited, and when I started again, I don't have the puzzle piece. I can't talk to him again, and the backspace nor F5 are helping. I saw someone else mention this happened to them a few months ago but I wanted to make sure you knew it was repeatable

Alright, restarting the game so I can go back to it, this is one of the most hard-hitting games I've played in a while and I love it

Had this reccomended by a friend, and BOY am I glad that I did. It's a long game, sure, but it doesn't drag. The multiple endings are SO creative, with my favs being the true ending and ending 9, personally. The story in general is very good, and so are the characters. Sole for Owen and Vivi who take a slight backstead, all the characters are SO well written and complex and just WORK together you know? Also speaking of the story the timeloop element is utilised so well for both emotional impact and character/character relationship development as well AS the gradual progress of the story, eventually being revealed to be at it's very core. I love love LOVE how the mystery progresses and I LOVE all the little parallels between the backstory of the house, the Colis and Angel x Oliver. I love that the villian is well written and that his motives make sense, while still not trying so hard to make us sympathise for him. He's still an *sshole, just one with a good backstory. The humour is sublime, I laughed out LOUD many a times which isnt common. And the main pair tugged at my heartstrings. And I did almost cry at one of the endings(like tears blinked back almost cried; the only thing stopping me was the fact that I had only JUST cleaned my glasses). The soundtrack is also great, especially what plays at the final confrontation between Nadia and her father. All in all a joy to play through. Very hooking too

this game scratches the same itch for me that undertale did. it's a fantastic story that may or may not leave you in tears, with a beautiful yet simplistic art style. i was recommended this game by a friend and i highly recommend it as well. it's a few-hour commitment and it's so worth your time.

I enjoyed this game a lot. I really liked all the characters and I laughed at a lot of the jokes. The pacing was very good - I loved how the mystery unfolded layer by layer. The “true ending” is very sweet and feels right, but I’m loving all the alternate endings I’ve seen so far - they’re introducing very interesting ideas about the characters. I thought the gameplay was very good too; the puzzles could have been a bit more challenging for my tastes but I was more engrossed in figuring out the mystery along with Beebo so it might have just ended up frustrating me if they were harder and “getting in the way” of advancing the plot. 

If you play this, look at all the art a lot! The things Beebo/his current party members say about them change over time and are really interesting. 

Yes, I just finished it and fell in love with the characters and the stories and everything. I'll go draw them now.

Big fan of the game! But, I believe Beebo might have an alcohol problem - that is to say, I interacted with the fancy drinks at the bar after talking to Angel and the game softlocked.

I choose to believe he just started downing them after flirting with Angel briefly out of embarrassment

I recently finished all of the endings, and I really loved this game! The characters are fantastic, and the story was really interesting.

On my first playthrough, I did experience a bug in the tension/relief minigame, where the slider ended up in a position where it was impossible to continue. A reload fixed the issue, though.

Bug report: I think in Round 4 if you speed through the talk with Simon and Owen via the spacebar, it fails to give you the Puzzle Piece, which locks you out of completing the Jigsaw Puzzle. Backspace, F5, and quitting to the title haven't helped, and I accidentally saved over that poor choice. Whoops. There goes my  second playthrough, I suppose. XD Seeing the rest of the endings will have to wait a bit.

this was such a PEAK experience I finished the whole game in a single sitting and don't regret it. Maybe one day I'll experience a romance the way Oliver and Àngel did
