Update: Custom UI Graphics & Offsets!

Required: VS221_MinigameCollectionPart1 (v1.1.0)

What's new:

• Absolute X,Y Offsets: Added custom position parameters for all UI elements (Hint texts, gauges, buttons, time UI). Place them anywhere on the screen.
• Custom UI Images: You can now use your own images for Scene Backgrounds, Gauge Backgrounds, and Gauge Fills.
• Independent Time UI: Time gauge settings are now separated into individual structs for each of the 5 minigames.
