Version 0.08: Performance Overhaul and Network Resilience
This update focused on networking robustness and UI correctness. WebRTC was stabilized and host migration on disconnect is now implemented, matching what was done in Nuke N Rally. Clients can resume to an in-progress game from the main menu, and a post-match reconnect screen handles the return flow. Keybindings now persist locally between sessions.
On the AI side, pathfinding was simplified and much code was streamlined. Astar navigation for vessels now use lightweight curves owned by the AI agent directly rather than managed paths on the map node, reducing complexity and fixing related bugs. Broken UI elements were audited and corrected across several screens. Audio mute checkbox behavior on slider change is fixed. Miscellaneous bugs from the previous build were cleared.
