Milk 1 Palette Update + Antivirus False Positives Fix

An update forced by an especially concerned user making unlawful statements basing their opinion on false positives. 
Issue was connected to previous compiler's (Nuitka's) behaviour. 

Had to finish Milk1 palette update and move compilers in no time.
For now update is Windows only, but Linux version will be released as soon as I'm back at my Linux machine

It will be a few seconds slower than nuitka's version and take some time to launch, but it's the price we pay
I hope there aren't too many bugs :P
