Update 1.4

Several Bug fixes in 1.4

SVG Icon import. if images were rotated they would be read in without rotation information and distance from svg  move/size handle would be far from image. fixed! SVG icons, normal and rotated can be imported now. Tested with InkScape

When shapes were grouped, making a color change only made changes to first shape only. fixed! all shapes selected now change color

Paint commands were not selected when using the bounding box selection. fixed, Paint commands can be selected/grouped/change color just like other shapes.

Selected Text Shapes could not change font. fixed! text/font/color can now be changed when text is selected

The command browser up/down buttons have now be replaced with up/down arrows to better indicate direction selected in moving in the list.
