Another round of cheese prevention and quality of life changes!

Can now trigger respawn manually WHILE knocked out. Impatient gamers rejoice!
Reveals all qbits on radar after rolling credits. Previously this was only triggered when you collected enough qbits, but now it can be triggered either way.
Fixed cheese strategy in tan/white area.
Fixed another cheese strategy in green area.
Add easier way to backtrack in specific green area section.
Fix broken link on horizontal momentum help page.
