v0.9.1: Online Bugfixes and an Axe

Hey cultivators!
This patch is light on new content and heavy on fixing things that were quietly broken in online co-op. Plus the axe finally looks like an axe.
Online Co-op Stability
The biggest fix in this release is exit circles. On the client side, exit circles were not appearing after combat, and the miasma was not tracking them correctly either. That made the end of every online arena effectively unplayable for the non-host. It's fixed.
Beyond that, a significant sweep of state sync issues got resolved across the online co-op session. Shop purchases, treasure offerings, chest selections, boss phase transitions, status effects, stat modifiers, and soul XP earned mid-run all now correctly propagate to every peer. The short version: the client was seeing stale state in a lot of places where the host had already moved on.
Join by code is also improved. The dialog now correctly prompts for the code rather than silently failing, and the copy button copies your lobby name to the clipboard as intended.
Axe Overhaul
The axe was using the same swing animation as the sword. That's fixed. The axe now has a dedicated arc sweep effect that travels from high to low as you bring it down. The hitbox rotates through the arc in real time rather than snapping to a fixed position. It reads as an axe swing now.
Bug Fixes
- Post-combat events now trigger on the map node, not at the end of the combat round
- Stray XP orbs no longer appear on the map after an online arena transition
Under the Hood
296 static analysis warnings cleared across 55 files. Nothing visible to players, but fewer warnings means cleaner signal in the debugger when something actually goes wrong.
