Beta 1.1.3 Update: The Fire Barrel

MINOR FIXES:

- Controller support was reworked, controls are now the D-Pad, Right Trigger, and XYBA buttons. 

- Movement issue

NEW ADDITIONS:

- New weapon type added: The fire barrel. 

• Activated by the right trigger (on controller), and Q (on PC).
• The fire barrel is dropped behind the player and is great for stopping pursuit.
• Deals heavy damage to all enemy classes (may deal 6 damage to a frigate but only 4 to a brig).
• One use of the fire barrel uses up five shots.
